the one with the soccer pictures, some new outfits, and no tv

These pictures are for Aunt Sam-Happy Birthday! Aunt Sam [aka soccer queen :o) ] bought this little adidas outfit for Miss Maya. I finally got to do a photo shoot of her in it. As you can see, we discovered that she is less than thrilled with having grass touch her! I feel so bad that I took pictures of her sad face, but it is still soooo cute!

Grandma and Grandpa Klibbe sent little one some cute outfits this week. Look how cute she looks today!

Milestones: Nothing is safe within reach anymore! This little girl is reaching for and grabbing everything in sight! She is especially fascinated with phones (hmmm... wonder where she gets that from???) And yes, she actually grabbed the phone right out of daddies hand!

So, munchkin did great sans her miracle blanket last night. She slept without it and took two naps today without it. She still woke up to eat but it didn't seem to affect her sleep to be without it at all. The first nap she slept a whopping 1.5 hours-that never happens! The second it took me an hour to get her down and then she slept 30 mins-is there any logic in that? I think we tried to put her down before she was ready and the she ended up having a dirty diaper that I didn't realize she had-ahhh the joys of new mommies :o)

I have been rather amused lately that I have gone from the girl who always had the tv on (not necessarily watching, but just on) to be the girl who never has the tv on. I literally did not turn it on until after 9:00 the last two nights. Mostly because little one LOVES to look at it-even at this age she zones out when she looks at it! But also, I just would rather be entertained by my little munchkin! She is way more fun anyway!

Man, have I been a bloggy lady the past few days or what?! That is what happens when little one goes to bed at 8:00 and hubby doesn't get home until LATE! I can do this now because I am not working (who am I kidding, I will do this when I am working because I can't sleep when hubby isn't home!)
