If you read my blog regularly (or if you are a member of my family) you already know what a “zippermog” is. When I was three years old, I had a sock monkey that my mom said I named “Zippermog”. The name stuck and ever since for me any sock monkey is a “zippermog”. I never really intended to collect zippermogs, but they just kind of pop up everywhere and now my children have them too.
The funny thing is that one of my best friends moms made these zippermogs for my kiddos and I don’t think she ever even knew about my zippermogs.
I decided to name my blog Zippermog Blog.
1) Because I think its catchy
and 2) Because I think it is something unique to me.
I have lots of interests and a kind of write about whatever the mood strikes. Mostly I write about my kids and daily life, but sometimes I write about parenting or behavior or photography or gardening or home decorating or babywearing or infertility or recipes or marriage or whatever else I decide to delve into. And I like it that way.
So come along with me and read all about my zippermogs, which pretty much means whatever I want it to mean.
