My little man is two months old today! 
He has changed so much!
I think he favors sissy a little at this age.
Stats: I have a 14lb 2 month old! He is in size 1-2 diapers and 3 months clothes.
Sleep: I so thought that I was going to have a sleeper this time. Aren’t most babies sleeping through the night by now??? Ha! My husband is super proud because he IS sleeping in his own room. He goes down between 7-8 and wakes between 10-11 and 2-3 and 5-6. I know I’ll get to sleep someday. I actually have learned to function on little sleep. He naps about 3 times a day for 1-3 hours each. (except when Mimi is around!) He generally naps in his swing which is on the fritz so Jared came home with one today that I got super cheap from consignment. Little dude breaks his swaddle which I think contributes to his waking.
Eating: He is a champion nurser; still every 2-3 hours. With both my babes I have had to start with a nursing shield and then get off about this time. So I get to go through the soreness twice-ouch and double ouch!
Personality: He is still easy going and so sweet! He really only fusses when hungry or tired. He is getting so smiley and coos at us a lot. He has a very funny personality.
Development: He holds his head up very well. Enjoys tummy time and pushes himself up to look around. He loves being worn in my k’tan or the ergo. He recognizes our voices.
Big sister still just adores him. She is still so sweet with him!
Every morning she is in his face saying “good morning brudder?!” “ you have a good nap?” “I wuv u brudder” “I wuv u so much!”
Her behavior has REALLY turned around. I’m not saying the sibling rivalry is over by an means, but she is such a big helper and is so patient with him and has turned back into my generally happy child. She has an amazing vocabulary and communicates just about anything she needs to. She has a scary memory and has started “reading” her books. She flips through the pages and “reads” the words that she has heard us read over and over. She loves playing with her little friends and definitely has some “best friends”. She has gotten quite adept at using the ipad and knows how to navigate and play several educational games on it. She has a hilarious personality and you just never know what she might come up with next!
Don’t let the pictures fool you, my munchkin is still very under the weather. She has off and on run a 102 temp today. No other symptoms, so I guess it is just some sort of fever virus.
