I am recipe blog-hopping this week!
This is one of my favorite and super easy recipes. My friend Jennifer gave it to me at my wedding shower almost five years ago. I have made it for fancy Christmas dinners and Jennifer actually brought it to us for dinner after Maya was born. It is delicious and super easy!
Cranberry Pork Tenderloin
Mix 8oz bottle of catalina dressing, 1 can of jellied cranberry sauce, and 1 package of dry onion soup mix together with a wire whisk. Put large pork tenderloin in a well-greased baking dish and pour over the sauce. Bake at 375 for an hour.
I am actually making it this week and will try to remember to take a picture!
