It's time for another recipe blog hop. This is one of my favorite "go to" recipes for parties. My sister gave it to me a few years ago and I make it all the time. It is always a big hit
Recipe Name: Buffalo Wing Dip
Ingredients:
2 – 8oz package cream cheese
1 – 5 oz jar kraft roka blue spread
1 – 9 oz wing sauce
1/2 c chopped celery (2 stalks)
2 c cooked shredded chicken
1 c cheddar cheese
Instructions: Combine cream cheese, roka blue spread, hot sauce and celery. Heat in microwave until cream cheese is melted (about 2-4 minutes). Stir. Add chicken and cheddar cheese. Mix together. Pour into non-metallic baking dish (around 9x13) and top with more shredded cheese if desired. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings. Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks and/or crackers/chips. (frito scoops are delicious!)
Unfortunately, I don't have a picture. I guess I need to start taking pictures of meals that I make :)
