Our cutie 5 month old had a bit of a rough week this week. She got shots on Monday and had a pretty hard time with them. She was fussy and sleepy that night and ran a bit of a fever. She wasn't quite herself the next day and had another rough night before she was back to herself. She also had a bit of an icky nose this week which probably counts as her first cold. She didn't seem to be too bothered by it though, so that's good! After that, though she was a very busy girl! She has made up for lost time by being very active and playing hard! :)
Grandma and Grandpa came to visit this weekend. It had been awhile since they had last seen her and she is doing lots of fun stuff that they got to see! She showed off her smiles and attempts at mobility :) She is so funny now. She wants to crawl so bad she can't stand it! She just throws her arms and legs back (she looks like a little airplane) and grunts. It is hilarious! Grandma and Grandpa got her this fun toy and she LOVES it! She has played with it tons the last two days. It is the fisher price peek-a-boo blocks shape sorter toy. I like it because you can add other pieces to it and use the same blocks.
Ms. Maya wasn't the only busy one this week. Her Mommy and Daddy both had quite the weeks at work. (Can you tell from my lack of posting? :) Phew! Is tomorrow really Monday again???
