39 weeks on St. Patty's Day and one week to go. I called the office today because I had started to think that my water was leaking. I tried to get them to let me just come into the office, but they insisted that I go to the hospital again. Apparently they are better equipped to do the test there. And, I think as a precaution they wanted me to be in L&D just in case. Well, my water was not leaking, so they sent me on my merry way.
I was a little frustrated because I really didn't think that my water was broken, but I just wanted to get a little reassurance from a dr. I felt silly going to the hospital again, but they didnt't give me a choice! And, I really did not want to go the hospital AGAIN. I have been up since 2:30 this morning, so I think I am a bit tired and worn down (and a bit more irritable than normal).
My next appointment will be Tuesday, which is actually my due date, so we'll see what they say at that point. Looks like all of you late voters are going to be right! Maya is not ready to make her appearance yet, but I know that she is going to be worth the wait!!!!

OH miss Maya...I so wish you'd come between now and Sunday! Babies never go along with the grown up schedule...this is just the start of learning whose really running the show from here on out! Whenever she does come, I'm sure she'll be perfect, and can't WAIT to see pictures of her! I was just hoping I'd be the one taking them :)
