the one with Maya at 1 month

Here is baby girl at 4 weeks old. Oh my gosh-I cannot believe how fast it has gone! She is doing so many things. She holds her head up really well and when lying on her stomach will push her head up and hold it for several seconds to look around. She is really in the last few days smiling in response to people, which is just so cute and fun :o) She is cooing and making sounds. She definitely has the crying sound down! When she wails, she really wails-oh, and if you haven't heard she has a really fun trick where she holds her breath and starts to turn blue when she is really mad! That's one that mommy and daddy love-not!

Here are some pictures of her with her great-grandpa who came to visit this week. She was just smiling at him! I think he thought she was pretty okay too! :o)

Oh, and Daddy had to give her a special hair-do after bathtime the other day. I am sure this will be the only time her hair is in a mohawk!

1 month check-up this week. She is finally pretty much back up to her birth weight-yeah!
