I enjoyed doing this post last new years, and re-reading it tonight made me realize how much Maya has grown up in the last two years.
Daddy is working tonight so Maya, Gray, and I had our own new years eve.
we made cupcakes, because “why not?”
So, without further adieu…here is 2011 in review:
JANUARY
Saw lots of snow. So weird for our area of the country. Shut the place down numerous times kind of snow. We put our snow clothes to good use in 2011. I bought a snow suit for Maya and Gray for this year and snow boots for me, AND we bought sleds, so that pretty much guarantees we will NOT being getting any snow in 2012.
FEBRUARY
My belly was ever-growing and were were very busy with a pregnant 
mommy and very busy toddler.
MARCH
Daddy turned 34
Maya turned TWO
We got the nursery ready for baby boy
APRIL
The weather got warmer
We saw a helicopter drop eggs and found a love of bouncy houses
MAY
I got HUGE and we celebrated baby boy with a fun shower.
And tried to relish those last days that it would just be me and this girl
JUNE
And Maya became a big sister
JULY
We adjusted to life with two and survived
AUGUST
We spent a LOT of time on the potty 
Bought a new to us car
Dressed up a LOT
Maya started her second year of preschool
I went back to work and started a new job
and still survived
SEPTEMBER
Little man turned 3 months old
I started to figure out how to do this “mom of two” thing
OCTOBER
I turned 32.
I managed to take the kids to the pumpkin patch twice.
And I tortured my children for photos
Maya moved to a big girl bed
NOVEMBER
We cooked up a storm for turkey day
Gray tried his first foods
DECEMBER
Gray turned six months and started sitting up really well
We saw Santa
We had a great Christmas
Gray had his FIRST Christmas
2011 was a great year and I look forward to what 2012 will bring
