Miss Maya and I did the Race for the Cure with our neighbor friends Diane and Baby Grant. The babies did so great and Diane and I had fun catching up, exercising, and walking for a good cause!
She has just about got this figured out. If she can get her legs and arms coordinated...oh boy are we ever in trouble!!
Look at this big girl! Her head-band didn't last long....
So far we have been very happy with our carseat. She seems super safe in it and has lots of room to grow. Maya also loves it! It is apparently very comfy because she falls asleep and stays asleep in it. My favorite feature is that it stays rear-facing up to 40lbs. That should get us well past the 1 year mark and then some. It is a bit big and bulky (as I think all convertibles are) and I think we have pretty much decided we are going to have to buy a second one to prevent having to change it out between cars daily. We have gotten lots of advice from working parents that have said it is worth the money to save the hassle.
I am so excited! We are taking Maya to the pumpkin farm this week and ohhh the pictures that will be taken!

Surely you'll be able to keep her rear facing in that seat for at least 2+ years! She'll have to slow down soon! Cute pics!
I am with the first commenter. Bear is BIG and he is only 34 lbs at 2!
I cannot believe how big she is getting! She is absolutely beautiful!
Cannot wait to see the fall pictures! We are going NEXT weekend. Hopefully the rain will let up and allow us a GREAT time and wonderful pictures!
