I was a very busy little girl today, running lots of errands to prepare for the holidays. I will be in a baking frenzy tomorrow. Today, I got to see real live reindeer. Look at the antlers on this guy! The one on the left is male and the one on the right is female. Apparently reindeer, are the only deer that the female also sports antlers. Both lose them every year, and it only took 3 1/2 months to grow those things!

And then....the latest on Buddy the elf.....so apparently there is some mischief going on by someone other than Buddy! This afternoon, Buddy was hanging from Jared's stocking holder, but the stocking was gone! Jared opened up his closet and found his stocking hanging inside with a note atttached that said......
"I HAVE BEEN FRAMED. I did not make the mess in the kitchen this morning. It was a scam perpetrated by someone who didn't like the hint that the nursery needed to be painted. Love, Buddy the Elf"
Ahh! The true story is now out!
