I went back for another u/s today. The tech got better pictures of the kidneys and the fingers this time. I will be starting my sixth month tomorrow! I cannot believe that it will only be four more months until we meet her! I still have not felt her yet, but the tech said that with my anterior placenta it is not uncommon. She weighs about 1 pound and 1 ounce today. Her heart rate was 143.
I have been so amazed to see how much she has grown through the weeks. All of her features get more defined each time I see her. In the picture above, the tech told me that the shadows are bones that have gotten hard enough that they cannot be seen through with the u/s. Below is a picture of her sweet little face!

How exciting to see it all coming together right before your eyes. I think it is so amazing to be able to see your little one INSIDE!
Congratulations... enjoy the time with your little girl.
Blessings,
Bri
