Four very happy years

Yup, Jared and I were married four years ago today. I can hardly believe that it has already been four years. We have definitely had our share of life's curve balls thrown at us, but I truly believe that every one that we have weather has only served to make us stronger. We were talking this morning and realized that this would be the last anniversary for awhile that we would not have to get a babysitter! We weren't going to go out for dinner because I have still been feeling so sick. But, we decided that we needed to go out to celebrate. We had a nice dinner at Outback-I mostly picked at my food, but it was enjoyable to go out anyway. Then we came home and watched our wedding video and toasted in our wedding glasses (mine had sprite in it). This was a tradition that we started on our first anniversary and have done it every year since :o)

And, I am posting the first belly picture of me. I am in my twelth week and I don't think that it is a secret anymore. It depends on what I am wearing, but some things I am showing more in than others. I don't know that I look pregnant as much as I look like I just ate too many donuts! We go back to the doctor a week from Friday and will get to hear the heartbeat for the first time.

Also, my teacher friends decided to do the pencil test on me today. According to their predictions, I am having a boy. So we will see! The test actually said this one would be a boy, then I would have a girl, then another boy. Well, we are planning on only having two, so unless the next pregnancy is twins-I am not to sure of this prediction method!

PS....boys are the best...so of course, we'd love for you to have a boy..but a healthy baby will do just fine either way!

Congratulation on the baby! We struggled with infertility for about two years, as well and had Parker through AI. The diagnosing of our issue was horrible and the emotions are so difficult. But, so worth the journey. We ended up pregnant with Emery the first month possible, without any assistance, much to our surprise! Thus they are 16 months apart. Our ob informed us that pregnancy is a great cure for infertility! So, keep that in mind! B man was a breeze as well.
