Okay, not really, we only got a few inches, but it came at a BAD time. The city of Nashville is in gridlock because of the slick roads. All of the snow trucks and plows are stuck in traffic too and can’t get to roads to clear them. Luckily we were able to get home before the roads got bad. The police are still trying to clear rush hour traffic from 3 hours ago. The temperature is supposed to get down to 15 tonight and apparently salt does not melt snow and ice under 18 degrees. Schools are closed tomorrow and Jared was already off work so we get an extra family day-yay! I am hoping that the all of the people stuck out on the roads will be home safe with their families soon.

She loves watching the snow or “NOOOW” as Maya says it.
And somebody doesn’t let snow stop him from grilling!
Also, Jared painted Maya’s dresser to match her room this weekend. I LOVE how it turned out! And Maya is so cute because every time she sees it, she says “daddy paint!” 
We may brave the cold temps tomorrow and get out and play in the snow!
