Maya tried bananas for the first time yesterday, and then tried them again twice today. She was sooo funny! She kept opening her mouth for more, but then would make a sour face like I had given her a lemon. :) Definitely more of it ended up on her bib and face, than in her mouth! She kept trying to grab at the bowl and at the spoon. I think she did great for her first taste of real food!
I love this face! I am so mad that it is out of focus, but I was feeding and playing photographer :)

keep giving her bananas! Lily made the same face for a while but now bananas are her favorite!

I toned the bananas down with some rice cereal at first so it wasn't so harsh at first.
I cannot believe she is already old enough to eat FOOD!!! lol
