Ms. Maya turned 6 months on Tuesday. Wow! She is one sweet and fun little girl. So full of personality! She had her 6 month appointment today. She weighed 18lbs 7oz and is 27 inches long. (still 95th percentile for both) She is sitting independently now for minutes at a time and rolls anywhere she wants to go. Apparently, she has a pretty good memory, because today as I layed her on the table to get measured, she started SCREAMING (as she does when she gets her shots). It about broke my heart! The shots are awful because she just looks at you like "mommy how can you let this happen to me?????" So sad for mommies and babies. The doctor said she looks fabulous and is a very vocal and social baby. This week she started playing peek-a-boo. She will pull the blanket up to her face and we say "where's Maya?" and she pulls it down and looks at us until we say "there she is!" Then she'll pull the blanket up to play again. It is so fun! Happy six months sweet baby girl!

Happy 6 months!! YAY for Maya! We just had our shots this week too. Not so bad. Our nurse is AMAZING and once they are over C stops crying. I think it is her quick style in giving the shots that helps. :)
Maya looks like she is having so much fun and I am sure you are enjoying every minute with her. Hard to believe it's already been 6 months eh? I have a feeling a year will creep up on us.
