They were decked out for the neighborhood parade
There was a firetruck to lead the parade
Maya rode about halfway and then she said she was too tired to pedal
We rested for the afternoon to prepare for our late night with fireworks

Somebody was very anxious for fireworks to start!
I practiced my slow shutter speed and tried to keep my hand super-still while holding a baby in the other hand. This was the best I got.

Maya is going to dance camp in a few weeks and Mimi had to get her suited up. Maya loves her “whirly twirly” outfit
