Holy cow! Another month has gone by! Look how much my little guy has changed.
Stats: My 3 month old weighs 15lbs!!! He is in size 1-2 diapers and is now in mostly 3 and several 6 month outfits. He is busting out of most 0-3 months stuff.
Sleep:I have tried all sorts of things to get little guy to sleep through the night. He has only done it once and that was when he got his two month shots. We have had some REALLY rough waking every hour nights, but mostly he wakes around midnight and 3am and then is an early riser before 6. He then proceeds to take a 3-4 hour nap starting around 8. Oh how I wish I could join him! He usually takes at least one more long nap in the afternoon.
Eating: He is stretching out feedings to 3 hours now, which is so nice! It make it easier to do lots of things now that he goes longer between feedings.
Personality: He is smiling so much now! He really does have such a funny little personality that I just adore. I had so much fun taking his 3 month photos today. He was so smiley! Here are a few favorites:
Development: Oh my goodness this guy is going to be on the move! He is already pulling his legs up under himself when on his tummy and can push himself forward a few feet especially when he can push off with those toes. If he can figure out the arms, he will be army crawling. He already loves the bumbo seat and sits pretty well in it. He also bears all his weight on his legs and it wouldn’t shock me if he just took off walking. He is also holding on to some toys and bringing them to his mouth.

He has rolled both ways (back to tummy and tummy to back). I am quite scared of how quickly this guy is going to be on the move! I don’t think I am ready for that yet!
BIG SISTER: Oh there is so much to say about my little two and half year old girl. She is 30 months!
I braved taking the two of them to the park by myself and we all did great!
I was looking back at Gray’s two month post and she was sick then too. We are fighting off a yucky cold cough right now.
She LOVES her baby brother and is oh-my-gosh ALWAYS in his face.
The biggest, most exciting news, is that she is using the POTTY! All the time now! She is staying dry and having very few accidents. She even tells me and goes when we are out in public! She also pooped twice in the potty today so I think she is getting that down too! She is proud of her big girl panties and does so well with them. She is asking questions all the time. My favorites are “what’s goin on here guys?” and “who comin over?” Today when I told her we were going to the park she said “who gonn be dere?” She was so excited to be back at school. And really missed it this week (labor day and being sick). She is saying so many funny things like “wet me fink” (let me think) and corrects us all the time. When talking about my new car she said “dat not a car, dat a truck!”. She can draw faces now! She will ask for me to draw a circle and then she adds the eyes, nose, mouth and sometimes hair and ears. She has been spelling her name for awhile now except she spells it “M-A-Y-Z”, yeah…gonna have to work on that. She also loves to recite familiar books to us. Which is just too funny!
I am so lucky to have some pretty awesome kiddos!
I have a ton more photos to go through from today, but for now I am going to bed, probably gonna have a wake up call here pretty soon!
