We had an awesome family weekend. I LOVE LOVE LOVE weekends when my hubby is home. We got Christmas card photos done Saturday morning (with the help of a certain stand-in photographer/sister 
), and then went to the vineyard Saturday afternoon with Jared’s cousins. I did their family photo shoot there. I was really happy with the shoot and am working through editing. I can’t wait to share those! We hit up a garage sale Saturday morning and I scored some super cute jackets and hats for Maya and she found a little something for her too. (She saw an elmo doll and I knew we weren’t leaving without that!) It was not cold here this weekend, but someone wanted to dress up in her new stuff.
This “cheese” is her new favorite thing that she does when I point the camera at her. It’s pretty hilarious. And I think this picture of her peeking through a heart is adorable
And today we watched the football game (boo..we lost) and I finally convinced my hubby to get our tree up. Then Mr.Scrooge got all into it and we decorated it too! Normally, I don’t decorate until after Thanksgiving, but we are going to be gone this week and then Jared has to work this weekend, so I wanted to at least get the tree up. I LOVE Christmas time! Don’t get me wrong….I love Thanksgiving too and I have no intention of rushing through it, but I do love my pretty Christmas tree! This was a cell phone pic, so I will have to work on getting a better one. Maya is also in LOVE with the trees. She was very excited when we turned the lights on today, and she walks around saying “tree” “tree” “TREE!'” Oh, this holiday season is going to be SOOO fun! She also said “Santa” today. I didn’t teach her that, so I’m not really sure where she picked that up!
And a certain somebody will be turning 20 months tomorrow, so look for that update!
